A 4th Hercule Poirot film after Mystery in Venice?

The producer is already talking about “discussions” about a new investigation.

After solving the Mystery in Venicewhat will be Hercule Poirot’s new investigation? Kenneth Branagh has obviously not finished playing Agatha Christie’s famous detective and its producer announces in Variety a possible 4th film.

“There is no concrete plan yet”temper first Judy Hofflundbefore opening the door: “But there have been discussions about what Kenneth might do next. I know what investigation I would like to film next, but I can’t tell you what it is.”

Movies Hercule Poirot brought in nearly $550 million in revenue worldwide, but mainly with The crime of the Orient Express (350 million in 2017). Death on the Nile had already made significantly less (137 million in 2022) and Mystery in Venice is not going to be a big success. After 8 days in theaters, it still has not crossed $50 million in worldwide revenue. Not sure if this encourages 20th Century Studios to put a part back in the machine for a Hercule Poirot 4.
