A reboot of The Fairly OddParents planned for Netflix
The animated series, made up of 10 seasons, conquered channels around the world in the early 2000s.
Netflix powers its library of animated series, which will soon include the new reboot series of My godfathers are magicalwhich will be released under the name My Godfathers are Magical: A New Wish.
My godfathers are magical took its first steps on Nickelodeon in 2001 in the United States. Subsequently, the animated series seduced the whole world, then invaded French channels, notably France 3 in 2002 in the broadcasts TO 3, France Truc And Toowam. A little after, Teletoon and Gulli followed the trend.
The animated series has 10 seasons, made up of short films which were able to satisfy young people until the end of the 2010s.

It seems that the new series will abandon the iconic Timmy Turner (much to the public’s dismay) in favor of a new protagonist, Hazel Wells, a 10-year-old girl living in Dimmadelphia. She recently moved to the city because her father got a new job and is now without her brother, who has moved away to college.
Susanne Blakeslee And Daran Norris will reprise their roles as magical godparents, Wanda and Cosmo, who come out of retirement to fulfill Hazel’s wishes.
It’s no surprise to see a new collaboration between Nickelodeon and Netflix. The two companies have partnered on a number of projects in recent years. In the cinema, they released films for Invader Zim, like The Destiny of the Ninja Turtlesbut also very recently, the announcement of the brand new project Spongebobwhich is called Saving Bikini Bottom: The Sandy Cheekscentered on the astronaut squirrel, planned for 2024.
