Adam Sandler as an astronaut for Netflix: first images of Spaceman (teaser)
It is directed by Johan Renck, the director of the mini-series Chernobyl.
Netflix revealed the teaser for a future project simply titled Spaceman. As its name suggests, it tells the story of a lone astronaut, played by Adam Sandler, on a mission to the edge of the solar system. During his journey, he realizes that his marriage and his life on earth are falling apart. He then seeks help from a mysterious creature who has entered his ship. The film is directed by Johan Renckdirector of the miniseries Chernobyl released in 2019.
The very short teaser shows us Jakub, the astronaut played by Adam Sandler in the heart of a thick forest, a rather incongruous image since the place resembles a terrestrial place, while the astronaut is wearing his full spacesuit. Paul Dano will be the voice of Hanuš, the creature that Jakub surprises in his ship. Carey Mulligan plays the role of Lenka, the astronaut’s wife.
This is a new collaboration between the actor and the platform after Murder Mystery 2, You can forget my bat mitzvah And Leo. Spaceman will arrive on your Netflix account on March 1, 2024.
