Alien will become a children’s book

Ridley Scott’s film will illustrate an alphabet book.

Every child has had an alphabet book in their hands one day. You know, those more or less successful illustrated books for learning the letters of the alphabet with simple words like Xenomorph or Humanoid. The Little Golden Book publishing house offers a new children’s book on the theme ofAlienthe famous science fiction film by Ridley Scott. The cover reveals a Ripley (played by Sigourney Weaver in the film) wielding the ship’s cat against the attacking Xenomorph.

The illustrations are adapted to a young audience with a cartoonish style. The words that children can learn are also linked to the film since they can discover the X for Xenomorph, the C for Chestburster (the alien embryo which pierces the body of a member of the crew at the beginning of the film) or the H for “Humanoid robot filled with disgusting milky liquid”.

Ridley Scott already saw the new Alien movie and thought it was “downright brilliant”

A children’s book certainly, but above all a book for parents who are fans of the franchise and are looking for an ingenious way to convert their offspring as early as possible. The film being a bit violent at an age when we are learning to read, what could be better than this innocent alphabet book as an introduction to one of the most terrifying behind closed doors in the history of cinema. Parents will be able to revise to prepare for the release ofAlien: Romulusin theaters August 14, 2024.
