American Horror Story season 12 will be cut in half due to the strike

Headlining the show will be Kim Kardashian, Cara Delevingne and Emma Roberts.

In July, we discovered the first teaser for season 12 ofAmerican Horror Story. Kim Kardashian, Cara Delevingne And Emma Robertsthe stars of this new chapter entitled delicate, unveiled themselves, unrecognizable with their blond wigs, their pale skin and their sunglasses.

We now know the release date of this sequel: the American channel FX will broadcast the first episodes on September 20. Nevertheless, with the strike of actors and screenwriters, which put many Hollywood productions on hold, it was decided that AHS would be cut in half, announces The Hollywood Reporter.

With this twelfth season, AHS is trying a new approach: adapting a novel for the screen. Produced by ryan murphy (Dhamer, Glee), it is inspired by the novel by Danielle Valentine, Delicate Conditionreleased on August 1st.

She introduces the character of Anna Alcott, an actress desperate to start a family. “Between the missing meds and the rescheduled appointments, it looks like someone is going to great lengths to ensure this pregnancy doesn’t become a reality. When her doctor announces that she had a miscarriage, Anna remains convinced that she is still pregnant. She can feel the baby inside her. Curious symptoms and an increasingly intense feeling of danger lead her to wonder about what she carries inside her…”, explains the synopsis. At the end of the teaser, Kim Kardashian notably held a swaddled baby, referring to the plot of this new season.

For the moment, the broadcast date of the second part has not been revealed.
