And your sister: a successful romantic comedy with Virginie Efira and Grégoire Ludig (review)

To (re)watch this Friday evening on TMC.

Grégoire Ludig will be giving the reply to Virginie Efira at 9:25 p.m. in And your sisterby Marion Vernoux. A film that First advises you. Here is our review.

Clear chemistry between the actors, frantic ping-pong of dialogues with the (deceptive) appearance of improvisation, nice highlighting of the singular Grégoire Ludig… Boosted by razor-sharp editing, the seduction operation works rather well. The fact remains that the trio formed by a young man (Pierrick), his deceased brother’s ex and the latter’s lesbian sister seem to have a lot of fun on their own, to the point of flirting with the absence of a real plot. Luckily, this persistent feeling of complacency and gratuity is contradicted at just the right moment: a fracture occurs and its stakes unify this apparent wandering without purpose to the point of emotion.

Virginie Efira: “I was convinced that Adieu les cons would find its audience”
