Become a member of the jury of the 41st Annonay Premier Film Festival
The next edition will take place from February 2 to 12, 2024.
THE Annonay First Film Festival has brought together nearly 20,000 spectators each year since 1984. An unmissable cinematographic event in the Auvergne-Rhône-Alpes region which highlights first feature-length fiction films from around the world.
What’s special about this Festival? Its jury is composed entirely of passionate cinema amateurs, who judge the films in competition surrounded by professionals. Last year, 56 feature films, including 44 first films, were presented, and 10 films previously unreleased in theaters in France were in competition. The very beautiful The Quiet Girl by Colm Bairéad walked away with the Grand Jury Prize and the Audience Prize. The Quebec drama Noémie says yes by Geneviève Albert received the Special Jury Prize and the High School Jury Prize.

The Annoney Festival has opened the call for applications for its 2024 edition, which will be held from February 2 to 12. To participate, all you have to do is create your spectator self-portrait on the medium of your choice: written (3 pages maximum), video or audio (3 minutes maximum).
Send your application by post or electronically before December 28, 2023. Candidates for a place on the jury undertake to be present in Annonay from Thursday 8 (early afternoon) to Monday February 12 (morning) 2024. The MJC, organizer of the Festival, covers the costs of accommodation (accommodation and meals) and travel.
