Chris Evans arrives at Ethan Coen

A new film starring Aubrey Plaza and Margaret Qualley.

The Coen Brothers haven’t filmed anything together for several years. The last time was The Ballad of Buster Scruggs, for Netflix. Since then, Joel has gone solo Macbeth with Denzel Washington. And Ethan will be released this year Drive Away Dolls, his first film in collaboration with his wife, Tricia Cooke. A female road trip which will be released in theaters in the spring. But the couple is already starting production again.

Ethan Coen And Tricia Cooke prepare the filming of Honey Don’t! their new film carried by a luxury cast: the ex-Marvel star, Chris Evanswill be the headliner alongside the disturbing Aubrey Plaza (great in The White Lotus 2) and of Margaret Qualley (Maid And The Leftovers).

Honey Don’t! should revolve around the leader of a cult (Evans), a private detective (Qualley) and a mysterious woman (Plaza)…

The film will be set in Bakersfield, California, with production expected to begin in New Mexico in March 2024.

Honey Don’t! does not yet have a release date.
