Civil War: chaos reigns in the new trailer for Alex Garland's shock film

Ciwil War. The title of Alex Garland's new film (Ex Machina, Men) alone resonates strongly with the news, while the race for the 2024 presidential elections, which should pit Joe Biden against Donald Trump, is already in full swing in the United States. The dystopia proposed by the screenwriter of 28 days later is almost too close to reality. But that’s also why it’s exciting.

The new trailer which has just been revealed promises an intense film, plunging us into a fractured America, in the middle of a civil war, with a president facing sedition coming from the West and South of the United States. Our guide in this chaos will be a photographer-reporter played by Kirsten Dunst.

Cailee Spaeny, Wagner Moura, Stephen McKinley Henderson, Jesse Plemons and Nick Offerman complete the cast of this film produced by A24. Civil War will be released in France on April 17.
