DC Studios denies Gal Gadot: no Wonder Woman 3 in sight

Nothing was ever promised to Gal Gadot assure people of the studio in response to a recent release of the actress.

“From what I’ve heard from James and Peter, we’re going to develop a Wonder Woman 3 together” said Gal Gadot this week, on the sidelines of the Netflix movie promo Agent Stone. A position that DC Studios wanted to deny categorically in stride.

Via Variety, James Gunn and Peter Safran shared that they currently have no plans for wonder woman beyond the prequel series Paradise Lost under development for the Max platform. According to DC sources cited by Variety, a Wonder Woman 3 is not planned!

They go even further by emphasizing that “nothing was ever promised to Gal Gadot concerning Wonder Woman 3“ and that there was no “final discussionabout transferring his character into the new DC Universe being created.

Clearly, the actress misunderstood. Or she over-interpreted a discussion with the two bosses of DC Studios. In any case, in all likelihood, wonder woman will not be part of the next DC Universe.
