Disney already orders season 4 of Abbott Elementary

Their future is already mapped out! While season 3 ofAbbott Elementary has only just started (February 7 in the United States), Disney announces that it has renewed the Emmy Award-winning comedy for a fourth season.

Star William Stanford Davis, who plays guard Mr. Johnson, announced the news himself to the American press in recent days. The famous elementary school in Philadelphia, where Tyler James Williams and Sheryl Lee Ralph also teach, is therefore not about to close its doors.

Abbott Elementary did not achieve big audiences, but the sitcom cost little to produce and was an excellent showcase for ABC comedies. Season 3 began with a double episode bringing together an average of 2.8 million viewers.

The series can be seen in France on Disney Plus.
