Donald Glover will be back in Community for the big reunion movie

He will be making his return to Greendale! Almost ten years after leaving Community, Donald Glover will reprise his role as Troy Barnes, for the next announced film.

She’s the star of the show Joel McHalewhich confirms to the podcast Let’s Talk Off Camera, that the creator ofAtlanta will be back at university:

“Donald is coming back and it’s really important. The fact that Donald is with us for this film is really huge! But afterwards, I think everyone comes back. We’re off to a really good start. It’s going to happen eventually And Donald will be there!”

Murmured for years, the film Community had just started filming, when production was interrupted by the writers’ strike last month. We don’t know when it will be released.

Danny Pudi, Alison Brie, Gillian Jacobs, Jim rash And Ken Jeong will also be part of the party. On the other hand, Joel McHale confirms that Chevy-Chase will not. “I don’t think so… There were some problems at the time on the set”he confides with a lot of irony, when the actor was fired after season 4.

The film Community will be seen on the American streaming platform Peacock, which does not exist in France. With us, the series is available in full on Netflix.
