Eddie could make an appearance again in the final season of Stranger Things

“The chances are great…” Joseph Quinn suggests that he will return to the Netflix series, for season 5 currently being filmed.

While his film career is exploding these days, with the record release of A Quiet Place: Day 1waiting Gladiator 2 Then The Fantastic Four, Joseph Quinn don’t forget the small screen though. The revelation of season 4 of Stranger Thingson Netflix, reveals that he might just come back for a ride in Hawkins in Eddie Munson’s denim jacket.

In an interview with Entertainment Tonight last week, he addressed rumors that he will reappear in the season 5 finale of Stranger Things :

“I might feel that way too… Or maybe I don’t. Who knows? I don’t know… Who knows? Maybe I do?”

A big tease, considering that Eddie Munson was last seen in the season 4 finale, when he heroically sacrificed himself in the Upside Down. He died in Dustin’s (Gaten Matarazzo) arms. So will he live again or just make a cameo appearance?

A priori, if he comes back, it will be just to have a quickie.I love these guys! Chances are good I’ll see them again soon…I’m sure they’re working very hard to wrap up the story. They’ve been working on this for a long time, so I’m really excited that they’re getting to the end and having a good time. I’m sure they’re going to give us that epic finale, I have no doubt.”

The final season of Stranger Things is expected in 2025 on Netflix.
