Elusive 3 should do well, with the original cast

Jesse Eisenberg, Woody Harrelson and Morgan Freeman are expected to return to perform magic tricks.

The Lionsgate studio would have every intention of doing a new sleight of hand with Now You See Me 3. The sequel that has been waiting for a decade will see the light of day. According to Screen Daily, Elusive 3 will be on the American Film Market (AFM) market this week, to find partners and distributors, proof that the studio is keen to move forward.

Jesse Eisenberg, Woody Harrelson And Morgan Freeman are expected to return to the cast and will reprise all of their roles from the first two films, while Ruben Fleischer, a frequent Eisenberg collaborator since Welcome to Zombieland (in 2009) was chosen to direct.

Michael Leslie (Assassin’s Creed) is working on the current version of the script, whileAlex Kurtzman And Bobby Cohen are the producers.

At the start of the year, we spoke with Jesse Eisenberg of this sequel and he replied to us: “I don’t know at all when we will shoot this film…” Obviously, soon.

Franchise Elusive grossed nearly $700 million at the worldwide box office.
