When Alain has to play the role of the famous singer, his destiny mixes with that of the artist.

Under the Wind of the Marquises traces the story of Alain (performed by François Damiens), a film actor who will play the role of Jacques Brel. Unfortunately, Alain learns that he has stage 2 colon cancer. Learning this news, he decides to leave the set and spend time with his family, particularly with his daughter Lou (Salome Deawels), whom he no longer saw because of his work.

Under the wind of the marquises was directed by Pierre Godeau. The French filmmaker has already directed several films such as Juliet in 2013 and Desperately in 2016. The film will be released on January 31, 2024.
