Ghost Whisperer back? Jennifer Love Hewitt is for it!

The star actress of the cult fantasy series would like Mélinda Gordon to be resurrected too.

She spoke to the dead for 5 seasons, and she really wants to do it again! Star of Ghost Whisperer between 2005 and 2009, Jennifer Love Hewitt played Melinda, an antique store owner with the ability to chat with the deceased, to help their grieving loved ones.

If the fantasy series had a true ending, Hewitt believes that it could perfectly resume today. Guest of Michael Rosenbaum’s Inside of You podcast, she assures:

“Well, I’d be all for taking it back Ghost Whisperer ! It was one of my favorite jobs. Melinda Gordon was definitely one of my favorite characters to play. Not to mention my favorite! I would love to do the sequel!”

The message got through. Nevertheless Jennifer Love Hewitt is very busy today, she who plays Maddie Buckley in the 9-1-1 since 2018.
