Godzilla Minus One returns to France for 14 days!

New chance to catch the King of Kaijus in theaters, between January 17 and 31.

If you missed it, it’s time for a catch-up session! Released in France on December 7 but for 2 days only, the film Godzilla Minus One will come back to crush the theaters of France for a second session, this time pushed to 14 days!

It must be said that the Japanese science fiction feature film was one of the surprise successes of the end of 2023, generating $85 million in revenue worldwide (with a small budget of $13 million). A hit boosted by enormous critical enthusiasm, which prompted the distributor Piece of Magic Entertainment (POM) to relaunch Godzilla Minus One from January 17 to 31, 2024 in French cinemas.

“The great success of the film on a global scale, its unanimous critical reception as well as the strong demand expressed by French fans motivated our choice to offer a second release to Godzilla Minus One At the movie theater” explains Caspar Nadaud, founder and CEO of POM, who says he wants to respond “to the frustration of fans who did not have enough time to discover the film on the big screen during its first release in France.
