Gru has a baby in the Despicable Me 4 trailer!
The Illumination saga returns to the cinema this summer.
Gru is back. 7 years after the last one Despicable Mewe find the character voiced by Steve Carrell (and Gad Elmaleh in VF), whose childhood we also discovered in Minions 2: Once upon a time Gru (2022). And there is something new. Already the adoptive father of three daughters, Gru had a baby with Lucy Wilde (Kristen Wiig/Audrey Lamy) and leads a tidy little life.
Except that obviously a super villain is going to come into play. Maxime Le Mal (Will Ferrell) is out of prison, and he is angry with Gru and his family. With (or despite) the Minions, the latter will do everything to protect his family and face this new threat, with an avalanche of gags and action on the menu. A not very original formula but which has always been a success for the saga launched in 2010 by Chris Renaud and Pierre Coffin, absent from the production of this 4th part.
Despicable Me 4 will be released in French cinemas on July 3. Trailer :
