Homelander elected President in season 4 of The Boys?

The official posters seem to reveal an election evening which turns into a disaster for Butcher…

While Gen V has just ended, Amazon is quick to tease the sequel, that is to say season 4 of The Boysannounced for 2024 without further details.

Butcher and Homelander made an appearance in the season 1 finale of Gen V and they are now the headliners of the fourth season of The Boyson these first teaser posters.

The first shows Billy Butcher, played by Karl Urban, in what appears to be a campaign GQ. The atmosphere is not one of celebration a priori. On the other hand, Homelander, played by Anthony Starr, is in full ecstasy. The all-powerful Supe appears to be celebrating a victory, in what looks like an election night.

So what should we understand? Will Homelander be elected by the American people? To the Presidency? And Butcher’s campaign to counter him will be in vain?

The end of season 3 already suggested a political shift. Homelander was rallying his support and defeating his opponents. His absolute power seemed to give him total immunity and could even give him access to the White House!

We’ll see that in a few months, in season 4 of The Boys on Prime Video.
