Jake Gyllenhaal is Presumed Innocent in a Legal Miniseries: Trailer

The new legal mini-series from David E. Kelley, creator of Ally McBeal, Big Little Lies and The Lincoln Defense.

After playing the big arm in Road House, Jake Gyllenhaal put on a suit to defend yourself in Presumed Innocenta new legal mini-series written by one of the most recognized (and prolific) authors on American TV: David E. Kelley. The creator of Ally McBeal, Big Little Lies, The Practice Or The Lincoln Defense here adapts the eponymous novel by Scott Turow, with the help of JJ Abrams, also a producer. The trailer (below) promises a tense legal thriller full of twists and turns.

The story tells how a Chicago assistant district attorney himself becomes a suspect in a murder case. His colleague was killed and everything points to him, who had a passionate and obsessive affair with the victim. But is he a killer? The accused fights to preserve his marriage and the unity of his family while the trial of his life unfolds.

We will also find Ruth NeggaBill Camp, Elizabeth Marvel, Peter Sarsgaard, OT Fagbenle and Renate Reinsve in the cast.

Presumed Innocentin 8 episodes, will be released on June 12, 2024 on Apple TV + and also in France on Canal +.
