Looking for Wondla: nice trailer for the animated series

The literary trilogy is adapted by Apple TV+ into an animated trilogy that promises to be magical.

The books of Tony DiTerlizzi will be brought to the screen. The saga Looking for Wondla was a small bookstore phenomenon between 2010 and 2014. It will be entitled to an adaptation on Apple TV + (and also Canal + in France) in an animated version carried by Skydance Animation (which had made Luck for the platform).

Apple TV+ today revealed the trailer for this series WondLawhich will be brought to the casting by Jeanine Mason (Grey's Anatomy) in the shoes of young Eva, “curious and enthusiastic teenager, living in a state-of-the-art bunker and raised by Muthr, a robot governess” which will be played by Teri Hatcher (Desperate Housewives). “On her 16th birthday, an attack on Eva's bunker forces her to travel to the surface of the Earth, now populated by aliens, strange fauna and no other humans. We no longer call it Earth, but Orbona. Otto, an adorable giant water bear with whom Eva shares telepathic powers, and Rovender, a wayward alien with a troubled past, join Eva on her dangerous quest to find humans, her home, and her true destiny.

Consisting of seven episodes, the first season of the trilogy Wondla – produced by Tony DiTerlizzi – will be available from Friday June 28 on Apple TV+ and also Canal + in France.
