NSYNC reforms for Trolls 3: the event trailer

In the film’s vocal cast, Justin Timberlake reunites with his boy band for the soundtrack and their first unreleased track in 20 years: “Better Place”.

The event will be at least as much on musical platforms as in cinemas: for Trolls 3the sequel to the animated saga in which he has been playing since 2016, Justin Timberlake reformed his legendary boy band. NSYNC has released its first new song in 20 years. “Better Place” was announced this Thursday. We hear it in the brand new official trailer for Trolls 3 but also some extracts on TikTok while waiting for the official release of the song on September 29, a few days before the film.

“Better Place” will be part of the feature film’s soundtrack and more! It will even be completely integrated into the story, which will be about an old boy band from Trolls which reforms years later…

Indeed, the synopsis reveals that in Trolls 3, “Poppy and Branch are officially a couple and no longer have any secrets from each other. Poppy makes an incredible discovery relating to Branch’s past. At the time, with his four brothers, Floyd, John Dory, Spruce and Clay formed the hottest boy band of the day, BroZone. When he was just a child, the group broke up, as did the family, and Branch has never seen his brothers since. But when Floyd, the eldest of the siblings, is kidnapped by the worst villains of the Pop stars, Velvet and Veneer who are after his musical talent, Branch and Poppy will embark on a poignant and moving adventure in order to reunite the brothers enemies and save Floyd from a fate even more dire than that of living in the oblivion of Pop Culture.”

Directed by Walt Dohrn, Trolls 3 will also bring together Anna Kendrick alongside Justin (Vitaa and Matt Pokora in French version), as well as Camila Cabello, Eric André, Amy Schumer, Andrew Rannells, Troye Sivan, Daveed Diggs, Kid Cudi, Zooey Deschanel, Christopher Mintz-Plasse in the cast original vocal.
