The return of Professor X, included for the first time in the MCU, was one of the events of Doctor Strange 2, in 2022 at the cinema. But for Patrick Stewartthe experience was much less pleasant.

The English actor confides today, to Josh Horowitz’s Happy Sad Confused podcast, that he was all alone when he filmed his cameo, like the other stars of the sequence in question, filmed in small pieces patched up in post -prod. No Benedict Cumberbacht, no Hayley Atwell or Elisabeth Olsen. Just him, a camera and a green screen. As saying that Patrick Stewart didn’t really like:

“I was all alone that day. It was really frustrating and disappointing I must say. But that’s how it happened. And that’s how it happens now (in the cinema). It’s not always easy…”
