Peter Capaldi in a new detective series: Criminal Record trailer

The former Doctor Who will star opposite Cush Jumbo in this Apple TV+ drama.

The old Doctor Who leads the investigation ! Peter Capaldi will be the star of Criminal Recordsa brand new detective series where he will team up with the formidable Cush Jumboleft too quickly The Good Fight. As the first trailer reveals, they will play two detectives engaged in a fierce battle over an old murder case.

In the official synopsis, we are introduced to Chief Inspector Daniel Hegarty and Inspector Sergeant June Lenker, who will cross paths following an anonymous phone call. In modern-day London, these two brilliant detectives – a young woman just starting her career and an influential man, determined to protect his legacy – will investigate an old case…

The first two episodes of Criminal Records will be available on Apple TV+ (and also on Canal + in France) on Wednesday January 10, 2024, followed by new episodes every Friday until February 21.
