The abominable snowman, the yeti, Bigfoot or Sasquatch… Here are the synonyms for this hairy ogre haunting the mountainous forests of the northern United States. In Sasquatch Sunsetbrothers Zellner (who signed the recent series The Curse with Emma Stone), asked themselves the question of what the daily life of a Bigfoot family is like.
The trailer then presents us with the different members of this furry family: Riley Keough (Under the Silver Lake), Jesse Eisenberg (The Social Network), Nathan Zellner And Christophe Zajac-Denek (Twin Peaks – The Return) are unrecognizable in their costume. No dialogue is spoken and these Bigfoots are filmed in their activities in magnificent real settings of the great North American forests.
This atypical clan then embarks on a great adventure to try to survive in a world in full transformation. Produced by Ari Aster (Heredity, Midsommar, Beautiful is Afraid), Sasquatch Sunset does not yet have a planned release date.
