Roschdy Zem is Elyas in Florent-Emilio's thriller Siri (trailer)
The next film from the director of Marseille and Otage will be released on July 3.
“Elyas, a former Special Forces soldier, solitary and paranoid, becomes a bodyguard for Nour, 13, and his mother Amina, who come from the Middle East. While the ex-warrior and the young girl get to know each other, a mysterious commando targets them. Elyas will stop at nothing to save her.”
Black glasses, earpieces, bulletproof vests, chases in big cars, machine guns, helmeted commandos, fighting galore… Florent-Emilio Siri gathers, in Eliasall the ingredients of a good Canal action film, and of which we have a first glimpse in the trailer:

For this German-American production, the Lorraine director was spotted by Bruce Williswho discovered Wasps nesta thriller in which robbers and soldiers face the Albanian mafia in the suburbs of Strasbourg.
Siri is making a comeback on the big screen with a Franco-Moroccan production, this time, for which he calls on a French action figure: Roschdy Zem. The actor has in fact cut his teeth in the genre in France and abroad with, in bulk and among others, Point blank, Go Fast, No Exit, 36 Quai des Goldsmiths or Intersections.
Roschdy Zem, which, since June 12, is also on the bill of Paradise Paristhe last film of Marjane Satrapishares the poster ofElias with Laëtitia Eïdo, Jeanne Michel, Dimitri Storoge And Frédéric Maranber.
Elias will be released on July 3 in cinemas.
