Scott Pilgrim as a Netflix animated series: a sumptuous trailer

Michael Cera gives voice to the character from the comics, in this new iteration with an already pleasing aesthetic.

Same players still playing! Thirteen years after his film, Edgar Wright find Michael Cera (and the whole gang of the time) for a new adaptation of the comic strip Scott Pilgrim. But this time, it will be in an animated series version for Netflix, in a totally assumed retro video game style and which promises to be terribly cool, judging by the trailer for Scott Pilgrim: Takes Off below.

Edgar Wright will return as executive producer. And for Scott Pilgrim: Takes Off, the entire cast of his film is back to voice their respective characters. We will therefore find Michael Cera (Scott), Mary Elizabeth Winstead (Ramona), Kieran Culkin (Wallace), Chris Evans (Lucas), Aubrey Plaza (Julie) and even Anna Kendrick (Stacey).

The eight episodes of Scott Pilgrim: Takes Off will be available from November 17 on Netflix
