Season 3 of The White Lotus will be filmed in February 2024 in Thailand

This is one of the best series of recent years. Undeniably, season 2 was one of the great television successes of 2022. The White Lotus will be able to launch its season 3. Now that the strike is over in Hollywood, production is working on casting, so that filming can begin in Thailand in February 2024, announces Deadline.

Like previous entries, it will follow a new set of characters on vacation at a group hotel White Lotus. 13 new roles are currently being cast, including nine regulars, aged 18 to 80. For example, there will be “a patriarch, a business executive, an actress, a couple of mothers, a misfit and a yogi”.

Only one member from previous seasons is expected to reprise their role for season 3, as Jennifer Coolidge had it in season 2. It will be about Natasha Rothwellwho played the role of spa director, Belinda Lindsey in season 1, the one to whom Tanya McQuoid had promised wonders before crashing her!

The creator of the series, Mike White, will obviously be back to write and direct this season 3. “It’s gonna be longer, bigger, crazier“, he said recently about the scripts for season 3.

Due to strikes in Hollywood, HBO postponed the broadcast of season 3 of The White Lotus – initially planned for 2024.
