Sex Education is over: Otis’ house is for sale and it’s worth a lot

A “Norwegian chalet” style residence dating from 1912, it measures more than 280 square meters.

Nothing is keeping Otis (Asa Butterfield) in Moordale anymore. Series Sex Education is finished and Jean Millburn (Gillian Anderson) has decided to sell.

More precisely, the sumptuous house whose exterior was used to represent the Millburn residence in the Netflix series is being put up for sale by its owners. Located in the English village of Symonds Yat East, a stone’s throw from Wales, in the middle of a natural park, the “Norwegian chalet” style residence is on sale for 1.5 million pounds sterling, or nearly 2 million euros.

It must be said that it measures more than 280 square meters, has 5 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms, as well as an old orchard a few steps from the property, which is almost 2 hectares! Please note: the interior has nothing to do with that of the Millburns in Sex Educationsince the sequences in the living room or the kitchen or Otis’ bedroom were filmed in the studio (and not in the house in question).

The chalet was built in 1912 to serve as a salmon fishing lodge, the official announcement states.
