Shia LaBeouf to become Deacon of the Catholic Church

Recent rumors suggested the reconversion of Shia LeBeouf with the Catholic Church. The actor of transformers would have even sought to become a deacon. A recent statement from the Western American Province Capuchins on social media showed that he was welcomed into the fold of the church during a celebration of the sacrament of confirmation.

“Friends, please join me and the Capuchin Brothers in continued prayer for Shia LaBeouf. Shiites were fully received into the Church through the sacrament of Confirmation on New Year’s Eve“, reads a message with photos of the actor’s participation in the ceremony.

The sponsor of the event also noted that Shia LaBoeuf planned to become a deacon in the church in the future.
