Five years after his Oscar coronation for Green BookPeter Farrelly returned to Prime Video with a schoolboy comedy for which he has the secret, a few days ago: Ricky Stanicky. The story of three childhood friends who one day decided to invent an imaginary friend to cover up their youthful mischief. Their plan worked so well that once adults, Ricky remains their good excuse to improvise secret outings with friends. At least until those close to them begin to doubt the existence of this being they often hear about but never see… From then on, they will hire a broke actor to play their Ricky Stanicky during of a family celebration.
If John Cena is quite brilliant as an actor ready to do anything to play this role to perfection, we also remember the performance of William H.
