Like last year, the organizers chose a collegial presentation.
For the second year in a row, there will be no master of ceremonies to set the mood (or not) on the stage of the Caesar 2024. Last year, thirteen actors and actresses (like Leïla Bekhti, Jérôme Commandeur and Benoît Magimel) took turns to host the evening. Obviously, the formula impressed Canal +.
The producer of this 49th Ceremony has decided to repeat the experience and immediately announces the 13 stars who will co-host the Caesar 2024 : Ariane Ascaride, Bérénice Bejo, Dali Benssalah, Juliette Binoche, Dany Boon, Bastien Bouillon, Audrey Diwan, Ana Girardot, Diane Kruger, Benoît Magimel, Paul Mirabel, Nadia Tereszkiewicz and Jean-Pascal Zadi.
“Building on the success of the 2023 César Ceremony, Canal + and the Academy of Cinema Arts and Techniques are renewing this collective mobilization in the service of a rhythmic and joyful ceremony, with the wish to highlight the diversity and richness of cinema in France“, teases the official press release. “Artists, Masters and Mistresses of Ceremonies, will share their love of cinema and celebrate the time of this great event, all the talents who have marked this year.”
A collegial presentation, but under the presidency of Valérie Lemercier.
Recall that two Honorary Caesar will be given to Agnès Jaoui, as well as to Christopher Nolan.
There 49th Cesar Ceremony will be broadcast Friday February 23 at 8:45 p.m. on Canal +, unencrypted, live, from Olympia.
