The big SF series at the start of 2024 is The Three-Body Problem: trailer

But who attacks the most brilliant scientists on Earth like this? A mysterious force is teased in the brand new trailer for the big SF series which will mark the start of 2024: The Three-Body Problem.

The creators of Game Of Thrones, David Benioff And DB Weiss, are back for their new big budget production. They abandon dragons and fantasy for technology, parallel worlds and pure science fiction.

The pitch just tells us: “In 1960s China, a young woman makes a disastrous decision whose repercussions across time and space will affect a group of brilliant researchers in today’s world. As the laws of nature are disrupted before their eyes, five former colleagues reunite to face the worst danger ever to threaten humanity.”

In the cast, we will see Jovan Adepo, John Bradley, Liam Cunningham, Eiza González, Jess Hong but also Benedict Wong and Jonathan Pryce.

Directed in particular by Derek Tsang (Better Days), nominated for an Oscar, The Three-Body Problem will be released on March 21, 2024 on Netflix.
