The release of Venom 3 is postponed for several months

The return of the symbiote was a little delayed.

Fans of Venom will have to wait a little longer. Initially scheduled for July 12, 2024, the release of Venom 3 was postponed to November 8, 2024. The main role is still played by Tom Hardy, who plays journalist Eddie Brock in the first two parts. This journalist becomes the host of an alien organism called a symbiote which takes over his body and gives him superpowers.

The alien organism is called Venom and the unlikely duo he forms with Eddie Brock allows them to protect the population from dangerous threats. The second opus welcomed Woody Harrelson as Cletus Kassady, a psychopath possessed by another symbiote calling itself Carnage.

There is no information yet regarding the plot of the third film, but we already know that it will be directed by Kelly Marcel, the screenwriter of the first two, who will make her debut behind the camera. Marcel will still be credited with the screenplay, on a story co-created with Tom Hardy. Venom 3 will therefore be released in cinemas on November 8, 2024 in the United States and November 6, 2024 in France, to correspond to the tradition of Wednesday releases.
