The very enticing trailer for season 2 of What if…? reveals Kahhori
A new Native American character, who does not come out of the comics, and who could have a live future in the MCU.
While season 2 of Loki has just ended, and in the meantime Echo next January, Marvel will deliver its parenthesis What if…? during the festivities. Season 2 will launch on December 22 on Disney Plus and is revealed today in a very attractive trailer.
A trailer which shows the different stories of the multiverse in which we will find the all-powerful Thanos in great shape, but also Hanky Pym, the Winter Soldier and Black Widow during a past mission or even Gamora and Tony Stark in the process of face off in a deadly race on Sakaar…
Above all, the video focuses on Kahhori, a brand new Marvel character, who will be introduced in What If…? Without any basis in the comics, she will be one of the most important original MCU characters. Kahhori presumably gains her powers after being exposed to the Tesseract, the Space Stone, meaning she should have abilities similar to those of Carol Danvers, aka Captain Marvel.
Kahhori is therefore a powerful Indian woman, whose story will span several episodes of season 2, allowing the public to get to know her, to see her team up with other heroes, before seeing her again, we imagine. , in live action in the MCU.
What If…? season 2 will be released on December 22 on Disney+, one episode per day for 9 days.
