The Witcher meets The Matrix: Laurence Fishburne in the cast of season 4

It is a socket of choice for the production of The Witcher. The very charismatic Laurence Fishburne has just joined the Netflix series and the cast of season 4, currently in development, with Liam Hemsworth replacing Henry Cavill.

The legendary Morpheus of The Matrixnow star of the franchise John Wick, will play the character of Regis. The official Twitter account describes it as “a world-famous barber-surgeon with a mysterious past”. This new face comes from the novel Baptism of Fire, the fifth book in the literary saga. Regis is also mentioned in various video games The Witcher and appears in the card game Gwent: The Witcher Card Game.

This season 4 of The Witcher has not yet started filming. No release until 2025 at the earliest, on Netflix.
