The Yellowstone series with Matthew McConaughey will be called 2024

It was officially announced yesterday by Paramount +, along with a new spin-off, 1944.

Even in the midst of crisis, the Dutton family continues to expand. While Yellowstone is in the midst of drama following the sudden departure of Kevin Costner and the series ends prematurely, the saga continues! Two new spin-offs have been officially ordered by Paramount: 1944 And 2024.

1944 will be a new prequel imagined by the screenwriter/director Taylor Sheridanwhich will tell the story of life on the ranch at the time of the Second World War and its consequences on deep America.

2024 is still very mysterious, but it will in fact be the direct sequel to the flagship series of Yellowstone after its forced shutdown. A contemporary spin-off carried by new actors and new places, but also familiar faces encountered in the parent series. Above all, Matthew McConaugheyannounced for a while, will be the new figurehead of this modern-day rodeo.

Remember that two spin-offs of Yellowstone already exist: 1883 worn by Sam Elliott, and 1923played by Harrison Ford and Helen Mirren, meanwhile Bass Reeveswhich will debut this weekend in the USA, on Paramount.
