The young star of Licorice Pizza reunites with Paul Thomas Anderson for his film with Leonardo DiCaprio
Alana Haim reunites with the filmmaker three years later.
She had been the great revelation of Licorice Pizzain 2021, alongside the young Cooper Hoffman: Alana Haim will find Paul Thomas Anderson for his new film. According to The Hollywood Reporterthe 32-year-old actress has just joined the cast of the feature film that he is currently directing and which is supported by Leonardo DiCaprio. We do not yet know what role she will play since the plot of the film is still being kept secret.
It should be noted that Alana Haim did not really ride on the success of Licorice Pizza, since she hasn’t filmed anything since. She went back to making music with her sisters, the group Haïm, notably releasing the title “Lost Track” last year.
In the casting of the next PTA, she will also meet Teyana Taylor, Wood Harris and Shayna McHayle, while Sean Penn and Regina Hall were already announced alongside Leo.
