After the film to his glory, Tom Brady at all costsin which he made an appearance in his own role, Tom Brady should be entitled to his biopic!
A limited series entitled The Patriot Way is under development. It will follow the rise of the quarterback, chosen at the bottom of the NFL draft and for whom no one predicted a future as a superstar of US football… until he became the GOAT, the greatest player of all time, winning 5 Super Bowls with New England Patriots and 1 other with the Tampa Bay Buccs. The series will also look back on the controversies that have marred his career: Aaron Hernandez, “Spygate” and “Deflategate” as well as Brady’s conflicts with his coach Bill Belichick.
Paul Tamasy and Eric Johnson, who wrote the screenplay for The Fighterin 2018 directed by David O. Russell, are at the helm of the show which will be an adaptation of 12: The Inside Story of Tom Brady’s Fight for Redemptionthe 2018 book by sportswriters Casey Sherman and Dave Wedge.
It remains to be seen who will put themselves under the helmet. Which actor could make a good Tom Brady ? Recently, it was the legend Magic Johnson (played by Quincy Isaiah) who was entitled to his biopic in Winning Time.
