Vigil makes his return in the breathtaking trailer for season 2

The British thriller returns for a new investigation led by Suranne Jones and Rose Leslie.

It was one of the best series of the year 2022. The suffocating thriller Vigilwhich plunged us into a murder investigation in the heart of a submarine, will return for a season 2. A brand new investigation led by Amy Silva (Suranne Jones) and Kirsten Longacre (Rose Leslie) who will no longer go 20,000 leagues under the sea, but plant their noses towards the sky, as they enter the secret world of drone warfare to catch a killer.

This season 2 in six episodes is revealed with the trailer:

The synopsis: “Following multiple unexplained deaths at a Scottish military base, Silva and Longacre are tasked with discovering the cause. Entering the hostile and closed ranks of the air force, the two women must face the tomorrow’s deadly war as they fight for their own future.”

Filmed between Scotland and Morocco at the start of the year, this season 2 of Vigil will begin on Sunday December 10 on BBC One across the Channel. In France, the series is broadcast by Arte (no French date yet).
