What were the most popular films and series on Google in 2023?
Two phenomena dominated everything this year: Barbenheimer and The Last of Us.
As at the end of every year since the web began, we have fun retracing our steps, to remember the trends that created the buzz. Except that Google Trends 2023 was somewhat biased by a very particular phenomenon: Barbenheimer !
Obviously, the enormous success of barbie And Oppenheimerthis summer at the cinema, allows the two feature films to monopolize the first places of the films which marked 2023. We will note a small subtlety despite everything: if barbie is n°1 and Oppenheimer No. 2 in the world and in the USA, in France, it’s the opposite!
